Gone are the days

Yes gone are those days and gone are those times when finding ways to kill time and exploring options to start new hobbies. It is time of the life where every minute of day is occupied or you have something always to do. Yes this is how full time working parents with two kids are how I think will be. Or atleast how my life is currently. Absolutely not inner soul complaints but we love being like this for our kids and doing things and being busy for them. We don’t know when Friday evening comes and weekend goes away. I have to talk about my tounger daughter who jus turned 2 couple of months back. She has some inner clock I think where she wakes up at around 7:00 am on any day. It does not matter to her if its a weekend, weekday holiday or not. She has her wake up time and the routines after that. Tawa Pulao: Generally Indian receips does not go by any standard receipe. So as me, I add any spice to any recipe. It comes out well though. When we went to a Tulip show in Holland, one of my friend got this Tawa Pulao. It not only tasted yummy but it had an amazing aroma coming it of it. Something very familiar but was not able to get what that was. After few fights with memory, could find out that was the same pav bhaji masala used in this Pulao. This ia a famous street food in Mumbai. Could not control my taste buds so prepared the same at home again. One of my favourite dosh now.
